A band with short text over the lower third of the picture, naming the topic or place.

## Visual traits
- A horizontal band sits in the lower third of the frame, starting from the left edge
- The band holds one short line of text, with a smaller second line or a colored tag
- A small persistent label may sit in a top corner naming the segment
- The band is semi-opaque so the footage still shows behind it

## Prompt
